Chapter 1: Roots

My story begins in the heart of the French countryside, in the rolling landscapes of Poitou, where I was born in February 1987. Even as a young child I was fascinated by baking, entranced by the sweet smells, the delicate textures and the infinite creativity it offered. I just loved making succulent treats for the whole family every weekend.

When I was 16 I took a decision that would shape part of my life, embarking on a five-year training course that covered pastry-, chocolate-, confectionery- and ice cream-making, baking and catering. Every day, I got up with a renewed desire to learn and create.

Chapter 2: First steps towards being an entrepreneur

After getting my final qualifications in 2009, I got a job as the manager of a new bread, pastry and chocolate shop at just 22 years of age. It was the start of an exciting and demanding journey into the world of running a business. With determination and vision I soon opened two more shops, showing my managerial skills and my entrepreneurial spirit.

Chapter 3: An unexpected turn in the road

In 2012, a turning-point in my personal life pointed me towards new horizons. Feeling a deep need to challenge myself and develop further, I decided to plunge into the world of real estate.

After a steep two-year learning curve, I joined a fast-growing real-estate start-up, IAD France. As I climbed the ladder my positions became increasingly strategic until I finally joined the company’s research and development team, sharing my expertise in training courses and personalized coaching for six years.

Chapter 4: A new passion

It was during that period, full of challenges and rich in learning experiences, that I found a new passion: passing on my skills and my knowledge to help others succeed. In 2021, drawing on my extensive experience of management, training, sales and business strategy, I decided to create Celeste Holding France, my own training and coaching business.

Chapter 5: The adventure continues

In 2022, I added to my baking skills by delving into the secrets of the ten best craft bakers in my region. My aim now was to export the skills of the best in the business to the whole of the Asia-Pacific region, sharing my expertise. I wanted to offer a broader, more comprehensive range of skills to all types of business, including bakeries, cafés and restaurants. I spent the next two years working in Malaysia, New Zealand and Australia.

Chapter 6: Another step towards total self-fulfillment

In 2024, at a time when I was looking for new horizons, a spark was lit. I had stopped off in Bali, Indonesia, and the story of Enjoy Your Business Bali began. In those idyllic surroundings I created Enjoy Your Business with the aim of offering the kind of inspiring support not available elsewhere, a comprehensive and unique service for all types of companies wanting to leverage their business in pursuit of greater fulfilment…
